Thoroughly Modern Tilly’s Garden
The minimal, modern style garden is nearly complete, big change from the garden of last spring. Tilly the Cockapoo, has certainly made her mark in our garden, the lawn laid in the autumn couldn’t cope with our playful puppy, so dog friendly artificial turf seemed the perfect answer.
The planting kept simple, herbs, salad and veg okay for our furry friend to chew. The front garden, is now home to the cottage garden plants that need to be out of her way!

A Modern and Mediterranean garden
Tilly our Cockapoo, has certainly made her mark in our garden. The lawn laid in the autumn looks very dog tired, so a new approach was needed.
All the cottage style plants have been relocated to the front garden and a modern, mediterranean feel with simple planting of dog friendly herbs are the way forward.
The greenhouse has been obscured by a black moroccan style screen, I am loving the patterns created in the shadow.
The apples trees have been replaced by an single olive tree and the lawn will be replaced next week with dog friendly artificial grass.
